New Hyde Park Village Mural | Steve Herzel

 

Steve Hetzel, painted the mural in the New Hyde Park Village Hall Court Room in 1981. He has presented a really interesting workshop on how he painted the mural, the village members he interacted with, world events at the time, and why he selected the subjects in the mural. We hope to have him give a live presentation from the Village Hall for online viewing.
